Each picnic package is 2 hours, however you can add additional time for an extra $20 per hour

We suggest always having a backup indoor location in the case it is bad weather. If the chance of rain is higher then 40% then we can relocate the picnic. If that is not available then we will reschedule the picnic. No refunds will be given.

The picnic can be hosted anywhere you would like. From your backyard, beach, or city park. I can give suggestion if needed.

You must book at least one week advance for a picnic.

Payments must be made in full after receiving the confirmation email for your event. E-transfer information will be sent in the confirmation email. All payments must be made 7 days prior to the event.

If you you cancel your picnic before the 72-hour notice, you will receive a credit to rebook to your event at a later date, with no refunds. Any cancellations within 72 to 24 hours of event will receive a credit of 50% of the booking, with no refunds. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in no credit or refunds.

Visit the Book your Picnic page and fill out the booking form. Please include your name, email, and phone number, as well as the location in which you want to host your picnic. In the messages section on the form please include the number of guests joining the picnic as well as any add-ons you wish to include in your special day.
